Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, we request that all dogs must be kept on a nylon or leather leash and not be held on a "flexi-leash" while at our facility.  All pets must be properly controlled while in the waiting area and in the exam rooms.

If you have an appointment for more than one dog, we request that only one pet is brought in at a time to be examined by the Doctor.


Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Please allow yourself ample time to travel to our office.

Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable.  

For surgical referral patients. for the safety of all animals in our care, we require that prior to surgery all vaccinations be current.

Have your pet's fecal checked and have a copy of a negative test result (including coccidia and giardia) available for the receptionist upon arrival at our office.

Your pet should be clear of any ear infections, parasites or illnesses for a full two weeks prior to surgery at our facility. 


Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.
